Get rid of the belly in just weeks
Hi, I am queen Anonymous
I will be teaching you just how I got rid of my stubborn belly fat in less than 3 weeks. Full disclaimer, this may not work for everyone but it may work for most, and I am not a doctor. I suggest going to your doctor for important health advice. I am just here to spill the tea about my experience and why it is so effective.
First thing that I struggled with the most which is probably one of your struggles too, is that I absolutely used to hate working out. I especially don’t like running, and that’s what is always encouraged by the people around you, or social media. They say; run everyday day and you will loose the fat off your body. Although this is true, it is not a sustainable exercise for many, trust me I have tryed time, and time again just to loose the motivation all over again. I’m not going to serve you bullshit like all the other advise out there. It’s actually really simple and there is a specific diet that isn’t really a diet. It will make sence once I put it all out there.
Okay let’s start, like I said I hate running, I will run for about 2 weeks and then completely loose the motivation, it’s actually boring to me. What I did is cycling instead, it may sound a little lame at first but let me explain. I actually hesistated ever trying cycling because first of all it was something my parents did most of their life and you know how it goes. We tend to do the opposite of what our parents like to do as hobbies or maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. I also kind of always saw it as something that little kids do, something playful, I never really saw the value. What I didn’t know is that it is the most affective way to loose body fat and that it’s actually really exciting and it feels good. It feels almost like I’m flying, I feel free, strong, confident, powerful, sexy, and the list goes on. I started thinking to myself well I haven’t been on the bike much since I was a kid so maybe that’s why I forgot how good it felt.
It actually started when my mom invited me and my sister to go eat at a near by place that they serve ramen noodles. She suggested we take the bikes there because it was only about 11 minutes from home on the bike. We all agreed, eventually we started doing that every week at least once a week and even my sister’s boyfriend at the time was going too. It was a good way to bond and get our excercise. The soup was also really good and the place was beautiful. Things changed we all fell out of it but it became a habit for me even after. I realized how easy it was for me to go to the grocery store this way or really anywhere near by because I started exploring more and more the further I rode. I would go on a sunset bike ride every other day after work.
Eventually I started going further and further miles, now I ride about an hour or more everyday. I noticed quickly even before when I rode less time that I was getting thinner. Without even focusing on trying to loose weight I did it automatically, that’s the trick. Cycling became so much fun to me that I was shocked at what results I saw when I noticed. Eventually I started loosing about 1 pound a week, it doesn’t seem like a lot but that was just the beginning, the more I kept doing it and the longer distance the more I lost.
I also noticed how my body reacted to certain foods and I learned to listen to my body and so should you. I eat just like any average person just with a few exceptions. I began craving kombucha often, and so that’s what I started drinking every other day. I’m not a doctor I’m not sure if your supposed to drink that much kambucha but I did. I noticed some good changes to my body and started reasearch on kombucha. Since it has probiotics and good bacteria for the stomach it made so much sence why it was helping. It helped me digest things better and get my stomach in alignment. I craved oatmeal cookies, my mom would bring these vegan chocolate chip oatmeal cookies from Trader Joe’s. They are so yummy!! And I used to despise oatmeal things. I also started eating yummy trail mixes that have no added sugars with some Greek yogurt instead of heavy deserts . Because I was exercising my body was craving these types of foods, and oats are really nutritious and also help in cutting the fat. Soon enough I started making overnight oats. Nice cold fresh goodness that made me feel so energized, I also added a ton of cold oat milk right before eating them. I was obsessed.Another one was fruit. I crave fruit like my life depends on it, which it does haha. I can’t stop eating fruits now.
It was all a domino effect that when I started changing one habit another improved. They all came hand in hand and as I said with no efffort. I wasn’t planning all this to loose weight I was really perfectly fine with who I was, and then next thing you know Im doing what I love and eating what I love, and being healthy.
Another big player in all this was fasting, and I believe that’s when the right cravings started becoming. Before I started fasting I was eating a lot and alot of junk. I was eating burgers and hot dogs constantly, not that there’s anything wrong with eating those things, I still do. I just eat them in moderation and when my body wants them, and now I can trust my body to lead me correctly. The fasting cut out my bad cravings somehow, and I didn’t feel like I needed to eat that much anymore. Now I eat with purpose, more like eating to survive instead of eating just to eat. I started fasting only 12 hours every day for a week and then I turned it into 16 hours over a few weeks. It became a lifestyle for me and it detoxed my body and I got a reset, and my motabilism got better too. When I started fasting I was eating heavy, I still do some days when I’m really hungry but not as often because I don’t feel like it. now I automatically fast. I don’t even think about it. I fasted as an experiment to see how it would change me spiritually, mentally, and physical and I must say, it’s been working for me so far.
I also did my exercise during my fasting, so excercise was done before I even ate that day, it creates more keatones in your body which is what breaks down the fats. Please see your doctor to ask about fasting and make your own educated decisions. This is just what I did with my own risk.
Although cycling may seem boring at first, it’s actually very exciting. It feels like I’m a Hawk flyin through the wind. I also feel my inner child being happy again and reconnected to who I am today.
All these things put together is what has helped me loose much fat in just a few weeks. Even more, it has been consistent for now 8 months, a new record for me when it come to excercise.
