AUS vs PAK 2nd ODI: Mohammad Rizwan Engages In Hilarious Banter With Adam Zampa Over DRS Appeal, Pakistan Captain Falls In Trap | Watch
Australia vs Pakistan 2nd ODI: Pakistan’s captain Mohammad Rizwan and Australian spinner Adam Zampa engaged in a hilarious banter during the second ODI match at the Adelaide Oval on Friday.
After being put into bat first Australia had a disappointing outing with the bat and were bowled out for 163 runs in just 35 overs. Haris Rauf ended up picking an incredible five-wicket haul.
The instance took place in the 34th over of Australia’s innings when Zampa looked to slog a short delivery bowled by Naseem Shah but missed out on the connection with the bat.
Rizwan and his team appealed for a probable caught behind but the umpire refused. He then went on to discuss with his teammates about a possible DRS, he passed by Zampa and cracked a joke with him.
“Did you hear something,” Rizwan asked Zampa. “You are appealing for everything!”, the Australia spinner replied in amazement.
“Should I take the review,” Rizwan then asked Zampa. The latter asked him to review it and he abided by it.

Pakistan reviewed the decision but the third umpire found that Zampa didn’t hit the ball and Pakistan lost the review.
Pakistan went on to chase down the total in the 27th over and registered a massive nine-wicket win.
They have bounced back in the three-match series, making it 1-1 after losing the opening match at the MCG on Monday.
Apart from Rauf’s memorable bowling figures of 5/29, Shaheen Afridi also bowled well and ended up taking three wickets for just 26 runs in his eight overs.
Chasing a small target, Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafique stitched a marvellous opening stand of 137 runs, both smashing their respective fifties.
While Ayub was dismissed for 82 runs on the back of five fours and six sixes, Shafique remained unbeaten on 64 and added the remaining 32 runs with Babar Aazam (15).
Haris Rauf was adjudged as the Player of the Match.
The third and final match of the series is scheduled to be played in Perth on Sunday.
