For just £20, Boots customers can buy the cordless illuminating mirror in time for Christmas thanks to a £35 saving
Boots has slashed the price of its No7 might-up mirror from £55 to just £20 ahead of Christmas. For anyone looking for a stocking filler to gift a makeup or skincare enthusiast, this might be the perfect present.
The touchscreen mirror boasts many glowing five-star reviews and is designed to eliminate shadows and glare with its light-up feature. This makes it ideal to use when applying makeup in the morning, or taking it off at night, when natural daylight is minimal.
The illuminating mirror is cordless, meaning you won’t have to worry about unsightly wires on your dressing table or needing to keep it somewhere close to a plug socket. Instead, it comes with a USB port, allowing you to charge it when not in use, so it is ready to use at any time or place.
You can also swivel the mirror around to use its 5x magnification n the back any time you need a close up view. As the mirror was £54.95, it means shoppers stand to save £34.95 thanks to its new £20 price.
If you plan on buying the mirror online, you just have to add £5 more to your basket to be eligible for free delivery. Or, you can opt to click and collect at your nearest store.
Poppy put: “The quality is great, the magnification is perfect for purpose. At the moment it’s incredibly good value.” Another said: “Great product, excellent quality and the various lights are a dream. I’ve a north facing bathroom, and this mirror has transformed the way I am now easily able to apply my makeup.”
A third wrote: “Easy to control brightness. There are other products for over £200 which may not work any better than this.” Maryann said: “Just brilliant, portable, rechargeable, so handy to have.” Mark penned: “Fantastic Mirror, charge lasts a long time and lighting is excellent.”
Lisa raved: “This is the best magnifying illuminating mirror I have ever used. In fact I purchased 3 for presents. Great brightness two settings and great magnifying mirror. The design is gorgeous too.” Bowie said: “Excellent mirror I would definitely recommend getting one so much better than i expected.”
Cam said: “Works perfectly. Although I’d have preferred a chrome metal mirror it still looks good.” However, not everyone was in agreement as one customer added: “It was heavy, too small, there was a mark on the outside ring.”
David claimed: “Received this as a gift and while it worked well initially, it no longer charges and only illuminates when it is plugged in to a battery pack.” Mizzy typed: “The light is odd. It doesn’t illuminate as I would like.”
If you are looking for a light up mirror to use yourself or as a gift this Christmas, there are plenty of other ones on the market. At Superdrug there’s a similar mirror on sale for £35, called Rio HD Illuminated Makeup Mirror.
Debenhams is also selling this 3 Colour Dimmable LED Lighted Round Mirror for £32.95, reduced from £52.95. For a more extravagant mirror that’s a bit more expensive, Amazon is selling this Hollywood Vanity Mirror with Lights for £50 – reduced from £69.
