Thai megastar BRIGHT has debuted on 88rising with his latest single and music video, “Long Showers,” an emotionally resonant track exploring the painful journey of moving on from a past love. The haunting single captures the vulnerability of heartbreak and the bittersweet struggle to wash away lingering emotions.
Directed by Mamesjao, the music video stars BRIGHT alongside popular Filipino actress Liza Soberano, whose on-screen presence enhances the song’s narrative of heartache and resilience. Symbolically framed as a “long shower,” the visuals offer a powerful metaphor for trying to cleanse memories that only grow stronger when faced alone. “Long Showers” was first introduced at BRIGHT’s unforgettable live performance earlier this year at Japan’s NHK Music Expo in Tokyo.
