Prominent Nigerian politician, author, and lawyer David Oluwafemi Adewunmi Abdulateef Fani-Kayode took to social media to share his thoughts on the perception of former U.S. President Donald Trump, who is currently the President-elect of the United States.

In a recent post on his official X handle, formerly known as Twitter, Fani Kayode expressed amazement at witnessing individuals who once disapproved of Trump now lauding him.

“It is amazing to see people who hated Donald Trump and who mocked and insulted us for supporting him over the last 10 years now fawning over him and praising him,” Fani-Kayode wrote.

“When the hand of God is upon a man, nothing can stop him,” Fani-Kayode continued, adding, “The Lord prepares a place for him in the presence of his enemies, and his cup overflows.”
