Good Shepherd offers annual community Thanksgiving Dinner

RANGELEY — The Vestry of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Rangeley is hosting the 42nd Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 1 p.m. It will take place in the Undercroft of the Church at 2614 Main Street. Enjoy a festive dinner and the warmth of in-person fellowship with your friends and neighbors. All are welcome!

The dinner will include home-cooked turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, squash, peas, yeast rolls, a slice of homemade pie with whipped cream and a hot beverage, all lovingly prepared by the good people of Good Shepherd. Meals will also be available to take home or be delivered. There is no cost, but at-will donations will be gratefully accepted.

Reservations are appreciated, but walk-ins will be welcomed. To make a reservation, or to arrange for pick-up or delivery of meals, please contact the church office at 207-864-3381 or email [email protected]. Please specify how many will be in your party for dinner, or how many meals you would like for pick-up or delivery, and provide contact info.

Volunteers and organizers include Head Cook Lincoln Libby, Good Shepherd Vestry members and others from the congregation and community. The food will be donated by community members, local businesses and Good Shepherd.
