Some hours ago Inooro tv aired the story of an old man who is currently in prison, and he talked about his life and why he ended up in prison. His name is Eliud Njuguna who was sentenced to spend nine years in prison. He journey to prison started in December 2018. It all started when he was going from church at around 12 PM and police arrested him.

He was being accused of defilement and police were hesitant to jail him. He was taken to court where he denied the charges since he didn’t do that. He made it clear that the case came from a land conflict with his female friend and all she wants is him to die in prison. He tried arguing in his case but he was dealing with a very young child who knew nothing and couldn’t explain anything.

He has sent an appeal to Muranga court and he is currently waiting to be called. He concluded by saying that he has no problem with his wife and he usually talk to them from time to time. He is now 80 years old and he is pleading with the government to rescue him from prison. He concluded by sending a warning to young men to avoid any case related to defilement by any means.
