Today in the evening, the ODM has made a major announcement that seems to be bad news to the president of this country Dr William Samoe Ruto ahead of the 2027 general elections.

As reported by KTN News, ODM through their national chairperson hon Gladys Wanga has announced that they will be fielding their own candidate for presidency among other elective seats come 2027. This will be a blow to Ruto and his camp as ODM might end up not supporting him come 2027. Ruto reached out to ODM party for a political deal immediately after Gen Z protests. This led to formation of a broad based goverment that brought ODM bigwigs to Ruto’s government.
