Noemi Oberhauser lives in an apartment that overlooks a Premier League ground and can watch matches from her living room.
A social media influencer has flaunted her stunning London flat that boasts a view of Brentford’s stadium, and she claims the swanky pad has boosted her dating life.
Noemi Oberhauser’s apartment offers a full view of the Gtech Community Stadium’s pitch, enabling her to watch every home game of Thomas Frank’s team.
She shells out around £1,200 a month for the flat – more than what the average Brentford fan pays for a season ticket at the ground – but the incredible viewpoint and the convenience of watching some big games this season have sparked significant interest.
Noemi frequently shares pictures on her Instagram account of her watching Brentford games, with one post garnering 54,000 streams, and revealed she has been receiving date requests from men keen to visit her flat and enjoy the view.
“I have quite a few people messaging me on Instagram about the apartment,” she said, speaking to What’s The Jam.
“Mostly offering to come to watch the match with me and turning it into a little date. A lot also comment saying things like ‘Marry me’. So, it is quite funny.”
This season, she will have witnessed some thrilling action after Brentford delivered some high-scoring matches at the Gtech – clinching a last-minute 4-3 victory over Ipswich last month.
They also triumphed over Wolves 5-3 at home and secured a 3-1 win against Southampton in August.
Noemi revealed that she only ended up in this particular flat by chance, after initially viewing other flats without the view of the pitch that later became unavailable. She confessed to becoming a big Brentford fan despite originally “not being bothered” about football.
The influencer explained: “The first apartment I viewed actually didn’t have the football view, so I didn’t know about the stadium until a bit later.
“Then I was told that all the apartments were taken, so they sent me over a video of a new apartment – this one – which has the football view. That was the first time I actually saw the stadium view, and from that moment I knew I wanted to get it.
“I’ve obviously been supporting Brentford ever since. I was never that bothered about football before, but now I am really interested. I even catch up [with matches] when I’m abroad!”
