Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President of Ghana, has been actively involved in promoting digitalization in the country. He has so far launched a total of four applications in 2024
Several apps and digital initiatives have been launched under his leadership. This has been massive in 2024 which falls in line with his political ambitions.

- CitizenApp:
This app aims to consolidate various government services into a single platform, allowing citizens to access services like bill payments, permit applications, and other government interactions.
- GoRide:
A locally developed ride-hailing app, similar to Uber or Bolt, designed to promote local entrepreneurship and reduce dependency on foreign ride-hailing services.
- Ghana Music Xperience (GMX):
A music streaming platform dedicated to Ghanaian music, aimed at supporting local artists and promoting Ghanaian culture.
4. MyCreditScore:
The myCreditScore system enables Ghanaians with good credit behavior to achieve higher scores, which financial institutions will recognize by offering larger credit amounts and incentives.
These initiatives according to Ghana Vice President are part of a broader vision to transform Ghana into a digital hub, making it easier for citizens to access government services, engage with businesses, and enjoy entertainment.
