Political Storms Boils In Western As Natembeya Sends Another Cryptic Message To Wetangula & Mudavadi
By claiming that his ‘Tawe’ political movement is unstoppable, Governor George Natembeya of Trans Nzoia has rocked the political scene, impacting both Wetangula and Mudavadi’s camp.
“It’s time to firmly say no.” “We must be clear and decisive in our pursuit of a better life and better governance,” Natembeya said. “No to poverty; no to ineffective leadership.”
The governor believes that dishonesty is the main cause of the issues the Western region is facing. He advised the people to make the proper decisions and to act upon them in order to improve their future.
“We must make the correct choices and act upon them. Leaders are deeply concerned by their actions, even if they lie. This is incorrect; we must instruct it to “Tawe.””We need real leaders who can inspire our people and boost the economy,” he remarked.
Eric Wafula, Leader of the Minority in the Trans Nzoia County Assembly, said he supports the Tawe Movement and said Governor Natembeya’s message is refreshing. John Makhanu, the MCA for Sinyereri Ward, underlined the significance of Natembeya’s anti-tribal and discriminatory position. He praised it as an important step in the right way to solve persistent problems in the West.
The governor aspires to inspire a new generation of leaders who put the welfare of the people before their own interests by establishing his movement on biblical principles and advocating for honesty and integrity. The governor thinks the Tawe Movement will draw supporters who have similar views as it gains momentum.
