Pottsville needs fifth runner’s finish to take Class 4A state cross country championship

HOT SPRINGS — Pottsville’s chances of its first boys cross country championship in 28 years rested on its fifth runner.

Easton Cunningham delivered when the Apaches needed him the most, and they captured the Class 4A title Thursday during the first day of Arkansas State Cross Country Championships.
