President Ruto’s Govt On The Spot For Exempting One Firm From Paying Ksh.188B Taxes

Today, a very shocking report emerged stating that a lawyer has already moved to court and filled a case against president William Ruto’s government for allowing a certain firm a tax relief grant. Shockingly, this firm has been exempted from paying taxes which amount to 118 billion Kenya shillings. Lawyer, Appollo Mboya has filed this case against the government and this manufacturer firm for it’s unfair and unconstitutional to make one firm tax-free.

The lawyer argue that the government has denied the country revenue and creating uneven playing field in the steel industry. Literally, this is unfair for the government is overtaxing the poor and exempting the rich from paying taxes. This is one factor that should be looked into while protesting against this oppressive government.Photo courtesy, image used for evidence purpose only.
