Redmi A4 With Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 SoC, 50MP Camera To Launch In India On November 20

Xiaomi has announced to launch its Redmi A4 smartphone in India on November 20. Set to be the successor to the Redmi A3, the A4 will also be the first in the A-Series to offer 5G capabilities under Rs 10,000. Initially showcased by Xiaomi at the Indian Mobile Congress 2024, the entry-level Redmi A4 5G is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chipset. It will be available for purchase in India on the Amazon India website.

Redmi A4 Expected India Price
At IMC 2024, Xiaomi revealed that the Redmi A4 will be the first entry-level 5G phone with the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chip, priced under Rs. 10,000. It is expected to come in a single configuration with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with more details to be shared during the official launch.
Redmi A4 Expected Specifications
The Redmi A4 5G is set to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chipset, making it the first device globally to come with this SoC. According to the Xiaomi India website, the A4 5G will sport a large 6.88-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

For cameras, the device will include a 50MP main sensor on the rear, accompanied by a secondary unit. The rear camera setup is housed in a circular module positioned at the top of the panel. The A4 5G will feature a dual-tone “Sandwich Design” finish and “Premium Halo Glass”.
