Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in the service industry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a high-performing sales team in a dynamic service industry setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that add value.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve or exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Product/Service Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of services to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits and competitive advantages of our offerings.
- Customer Service: Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline status, using CRM tools to manage and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients, coordinating with customer service and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the service industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Sales acumen with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage and report on sales activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing solutions and an excellent experience.
