Victor Wembanyama, who plays for the San Antonio Spurs, recently spoke out about Coach Gregg Popovich’s departure due to a health issue. Wembanyama, also called ‘Wemby’, mentioned that he and the rest of his team-mates have not been in direct contact with the coach, but have been able to gain some information on Popovich’s medical condition. But, it is clear that none of the team members are in direct contact with the coach, fondly called ‘Pop’. In Coach Popovich’s absence, Mitch Johnson is in charge of the team.
