Our new offerings ensure that travellers can enjoy their journeys without the frustrations of seat downgrades, wasted time, or discomfort. For us, it is not just about the seats, but about the service, security, comfort, and on-time departures we provide.”

Adding to this, Chief Operating Officer, Sukh Mann highlighted XEJet’s dedication to delivering top-tier service that meets the evolving needs of business travellers. He noted, “This service is a game-changer for business class travellers.” Mann further explained that XEJet’s fares are competitive, starting at prices similar to economy tickets on some other carriers. “So, it makes perfect sense to just upgrade to XEJet,” he stated, stressing XEJet’s value in meeting business travellers’ expectations for privacy, comfort, and exclusive service.

The All-Business CRJ200 Advantage

Mann elaborated on XEJet’s Premium Business Class experience, sharing that, “We varied our AOC this year, seizing the chance to bring a high-end business class product to the market. Mixing business and economy classes in a traditional cabin limits a full business class experience. By focusing solely on Business Class, we launched XEJet Premium. We use several dedicated CRJ200 aircraft for this product, with elite interiors for discerning travellers.” The CRJ200 aircraft cabins feature meeting tables, gourmet dining, and a calm atmosphere designed to enhance focus. Additionally, inflight entertainment is accessible on any device through an internal WiFi hub, further adding to the travel experience.

Mann further described the decision to use the CRJ200 aircraft, saying, “We chose to use the CRJ because it is versatile, the right size, and an efficient aircraft. Our fleet shares a consistent configuration so guests can expect the same premium product on each flight.”

XEJet’s premium experience goes beyond the flight itself, extending to exclusive services on the ground. From Abuja, guests depart from the serene GAT terminal, where they can relax with refreshments before boarding. Guests are transferred to the aircraft in a luxurious Maybach vehicle, receiving a VIP welcome the moment they step into the GAT. Upon arrival in Lagos, a Maybach awaits to transport them in total comfort to the arrivals area.

In Lagos, guests depart through the modern MMA2 terminal’s VIP check-in area, where they can enjoy excellent dining in the VIP lounge. They are then transferred to the aircraft in Maybach vehicles, ensuring comfort and exclusivity from start to finish.
