High-flying female rapper Shekinah Karen has revealed that fellow rapper Ssaru Wa Manyaru is not in her league.

According to Shekinah, Ssaru needs to up her game and stop being too obvious.

Shekinah made the sentiments during her interview on urban leading media house, Ghetto Radio on the morning breakfast show dubbed “Brekko” with Majimaji and King Kafu on Friday.

In addition, Shekinah opined that most female rappers detest her lyrical prowess that’s why they fear collaborating with her because she will overshadow them.

However, she gave a thumbs up to Femi One while also noting that her biggest competitor was Petra whose presence has continued to dwindle in recent days.

The outspoken female emcee further shared her gratitude towards award-winning rapper Khaligraph Jones with whom they have a fire collabo dubbed “Wrong Number” which is currently disturbing the peace.

Despite being a Gen Z rap star, Shekinah disclosed being a huge fan of Kenyan old skool classics with Nonini being her favorite artist.

“Labda kurespect hakuna mtu nagwaya hao wenyewe wananiogopa ata wanajua, wananiogopa hee hawataki kuniweka kwa hizo tracks zao wanajua nitawafanya mbaya (chuckles) narespsect sana Khaligraph Jones, narespect sana Femi One, narespect sana Nonini, mimi by the way ni fan wa ngoma za kitambo zile zenyu…mtu tu nilikuwa naona alikuwa competition yangu ni Petra tena sijui mbona amenyamza kidogo apart from Petra wengine pull up your socks my bay girls, Ssaru pull up your socks baby, pull up your pen game, yeah ziko very obvious sana ni vitu tumezoea kuskia” she asserted partly.

Teenage Pregnancies Are On The Rise Due To Peer Pressure

Fondly referred to as Young Momma, a nickname which she owned for being an early mother, Shekinah revealed that teenage pregnancies are on the rise due to peer pressure.

Shekinah further disclosed that she’s not currently dating with her focus set on music and raising her two adorable daughters.

She went further and added that some men are jealous when their women work odd hours giving an example of her runway collaborative piece with Fathermoh dubbed “Dai Dai” which delves on the subject.

Shekinah who currently has a new You Tube channel after her previous channel got hacked is enjoying the success of her new releases “Size Yangu”, “Nipee” and “Wrong Number” with Papa Jones.
