Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Set and track sales goals and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving objections.
- Gather market and customer information to understand needs and create proposal documents.
- Inspect inventory and ensure product quality, providing accurate quotations and cost calculations.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily updates and comprehensive monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve products and services.
- Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Must reside in Lekki and Ajah axis
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a commitment to customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
