Since President William Ruto took over office as the 5th Head of State, many Kenyans have been criticizing him and his administration when it comes to foreign trips. Some Kenyans even went ahead to term Ruto as the ‘Flying President’ as they claimed that Ruto should minimize his trips.

While that is the case, today Kenyans were left talking after Kithure Kindiki making an unexpected move just days after taking over the Deputy President position. He took the position from Rigathi Gachagua.

Through his official X account, Kithure Kindiki left Kenyans reacting differently as he stated that he had travelled to Botswana to represent President William Ruto in the swearing in and inauguration ceremony of Duma Gideon Boko. Boko was elected as the 6th President of Botswana in the just concluded general election which he managed to beat his predecessor who only served for one term.
