Residents of Binyonyi A village in Nyendo, Mukungwe division in Uganda have been left tongue-tied following an incident where a woman was accused of feeding her neighbour’s baby with faeces and urine.

According to the update, 34-year old Stella Namwanje was captured defecating and urinating on a 10-month old baby before feeding the mixture to the baby.

While regretting the act, Stella confessed that she has always loved the child but she does not know what came over her mind.

“I have always loved my friend’s child. But I don’t know what came over my mind do to such a thing. I am not aware of what drove me to do this.”

This has seen social media users reacting. One stated “Humanity no longer exists. Greatest enemies of children are other women. How heartless? An innocent kid. The lady should be forced to eat hers also. What kind of a woman is this? Some people are demonic.”

Another one advised “Psychiatric case, should be taken to mental hospital before being booked for justice. Oh my God! Women are known for their love, care, support and understanding. They give birth to life! With lots of mercy etc. This is so inhuman!”

One more added “God, that’s why I i don’t trust neighbours or friends with my kids. I have trained my kids to play alone and stop visiting neighbours.
