    BLM plans prescribed burns in parts of SW Idaho, SE Oregon

    The U.S. Bureau of Land Management plans to conduct prescribed fires from through May in southwest Idaho and near Jordan Valley, Ore.

    BLM is “committed to reducing wildfire risk through proactive fuel management,” according to a news release from the agency’s Boise district.
