Many exciting and long-awaited beauty launches are sent to heat HQ daily. Often, we test a product a couple of times to get a good feel for it before moving on to something new (don’t worry, nothing ever goes to waste, and our family and friends are always treated to our half-used beauty treats). But this also means that we know when a member of the team has found a real winner because it will be taken home and squeezed to the last few remaining drops.

Here, we’ve rounded up our best hair, skin, body, and makeup recommendations that the Heat style team have finished up recently, and can wholeheartedly promise are worth your hard-earned cash.

When it comes to fake tan, I’ve tried it all – instant and gradual tans, mousses and tanning waters – and nothing quite beats this product. This is, in fact, one of many bottles of this I’ve used up since discovering it, as I’ve repurchased it time and time again. Not only does this leave me looking golden in ways that I’ve never looked with a fake tan, but it also lasts up to a week before it starts wearing off. It’s the most long-wearing fake tan I’ve ever used.

I love Skinny Tan’s products because of the skin-loving ingredients and the Wonder Serum formula is no different. There’s hyaluronic acid for boosting hydration, vitamin E for protection from damage, as well as pentylene glycol for delivering long-lasting colour. You can also wash it off after an hour or leave it on longer for a deeper colour. It’s definitely one that I reach for when I want an extra dark tan, and to the untrained eye, this could pass for a real tan courtesy of a holiday abroad rather than a fake one.

I’m a huge bush brow fan and I’ve been using the benefit Fluff Up Brow Wax religiously for the past few years and it’s my go-to. Not only does it hold your brows in shape for the whole day, but it doesn’t leave any white specs or crunchy texture – providing the perfect natural finish. It gives the illusion of brow lamination without forking out the cash.

My mum got me onto this mascara from loved-by-mums brand Clarins. And it’s really good. It coats each of your lashes, is never clumpy, dries right away and doesn’t smudge at all. And it’s easy to remove. It doesn’t have the wow factor of Dior Show, my party go-to, but for daytime wear, it’s ace.

I’ve been using a natural deodorant for just over a year now and Wild is by far my favourite. Not only does it keep me fresh throughout the day but for my intense workouts too. You can choose from many different scents that are frequently changing and also some very girly, aesthetic cases. (Keep an eye out for their special edition and seasonal cases too!) It’s so easy to apply, just like a regular roll on and you can find them in all major supermarkets and online. I’m obsessed!

If you’ve been wondering if Laneige’s lip-loving mask is worth the hype, I can confirm it 100% is. Loved by the likes of Kendall Jenner, Kaia Gerber, Sydney Sweeney – and now me – the pout-perfecting balm is ideal for anyone suffering from dry, sore lips. The vitamin C and coconut oil formula works to nourish lips whilst removing dead skin cells. I have naturally dry, wrinkly lips, but slathering on this cult classic before bed every night had me waking up with a smoother, plumper looking pout. Plus, the mango flavour instantly transported me somewhere far more tropical than my bedroom, which is the dream right now. BRB while I go and order another tub.

I have loved using this cleansing oil straight after removing my make-up. I feel like it picks up any leftover make-up and impurities and it leaves my skin feeling and smelling lovely. Plus it has boujee ingredients – azelaic acid, dragon fruit oil and vitamin C – so I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new cleanser.
