A bad incident has been witnessed at Kamira village in Kiharu constituency of Murang’a county following an act taken by a 34-year old man.

According to information shared, the 34-year old man set his lover’s house on fire following a suspected domestic dispute that ensued between them. As a result, two kids were feared burnt to ashes.

After committing the sinful act, irate residents decided to beat up the man.

It is really worrying, traumatizing and heartbreaking the rate at which domestic disputes are leading to deaths and even injuries. It is high time the society team up to seek possible ways of helping couples and partners solve disputes peacefully. Mental health needs to be an issue of concern among Kenyans.
